Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing

In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1074 of 2015 and other Colombian personal data protection regulations, APPSUS SAS hereby informs its data processing policy.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

Through the contact and demo-request forms on this website, APPSUS SAS may collect the following personal data:

  • Full name
  • Position or title
  • Entity or organization
  • Email address
  • Phone or WhatsApp
  • Message or need voluntarily shared by the user

No sensitive data within the meaning of Article 5 of Law 1581 of 2012 is collected.

3. Purposes of processing

The data collected is processed for the following purposes:

  1. Responding to contact, information or product-demonstration requests.
  2. Managing the commercial relationship and sending proposals or quotations.
  3. Sending institutional or product information and SGT ecosystem updates, where the user has expressly authorized such communication.
  4. Complying with applicable legal obligations.

4. Rights of the data subject

In accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, the personal data subject has the right to:

  • Know, update and rectify their personal data.
  • Request proof of the authorization granted.
  • Be informed of the use made of their data.
  • File complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) when they consider their rights have been violated.
  • Revoke authorization and/or request deletion of their data, unless there is a legal duty to retain it.

5. Exercising rights

To exercise any of the rights described in the previous section, the data subject may write to comercial@appsus.co, stating their identity and the specific request. APPSUS SAS will address the request within the time limits established by current Colombian regulations.

6. Information security

APPSUS SAS adopts the technical, human and administrative measures reasonably necessary to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure, in line with the standards required by Colombian data protection regulations.

7. Validity and changes

This policy is effective from the date of its publication on the APPSUS SAS website and may be updated to reflect regulatory or operational changes. Any significant modification will be published on this same page. We recommend reviewing this document periodically.

8. Authorization

By completing and submitting any of the forms available on this website, the user acknowledges that they have read and understood this policy, and expressly authorizes APPSUS SAS to process their personal data in accordance with the purposes described herein.
